  Oh my goodness everyone at this bridal shop was AMAZING. We worked specifically with Te-ójan, and she was so kind, thoughtful, and did not rush or push any sort of decision. Would 10/10 recommend coming to this location and asking specifically for Te-ójan, MY SISTER FOUND HER PERFECT DRESS.

  Wow, it was such a treat to go to NY Bride & Groom. I came from out of town and just had the best experience with Julie there. I sent an inquiry about purchasing a specific garment for me and she replied not only swiftly but urgently because just so happened the designer was having a trunk show. Julie and the team helped the vision come together and with such ease. It also helps that Julie was so personable.   I wish I would've made NY Bride & Groom of Raleigh my first stop for wedding dress shopping. This beautiful place has a large variety of dresses, & my consultant Lissa was amazing & patient with me as I was unaware at first that I arrived at the last hour on a busy Saturday. Lissa arranged to have a brand-new dress shipped in preparation for fitting within an impressive time frame. I plan to recommend NY Bride & Groom of Raleigh to family & friends!! Thank you for your amazing customer service & friendly staff interactions during my experience there. The staff were genuinely happy & excited for myself & my family after finding the most beautiful dress. I felt as if I made friends that day!   I went there on Saturday and had such a wonderful experience! Michelle and Bree were absolutely amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process. I found my dress, and they even helped me customize it to make it exactly how I wanted. Since we came from out of town, they stayed past closing to make sure I was able to order everything exactly the way I wanted. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made the experience so special. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend this place to any bride-to-be! They have a huge variety of dresses, and everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. I’m so glad we made the trip here! 💕👰✨

  I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about NY Bride & Groom of Raleigh in Garner, NC. From the moment I walked through the doors, the entire experience was absolutely above and beyond. The boutique itself is beautiful, but what made my experience so incredibly special were the amazing consultants who helped me along the way — Tara, Kadi, Teosha, and Julie. Each of them was so friendly, professional, patient, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping me find my dress. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, beautiful, and confident throughout the entire experience. This was a particularly emotional experience for me because my mom passed away a few months ago, and doing this without her has been one of the hardest parts of my wedding journey. At one point, I became overwhelmed and started to panic. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or rushed, Tara, Kadi, Teosha, and Julie handled that moment with such incredible kindness, understanding, and grace. They truly understood that this was about so much more than just finding a wedding dress. They helped turn what could have been an incredibly difficult and emotional day into a beautiful memory that I will always cherish. ❤️ Planning a wedding without my mom has not been an easy journey, but these ladies made me feel so cared for and supported. They didn't just help me find a dress — they helped make a very emotional milestone feel special, and for that I will forever be grateful. Tara, Kadi, Teosha, and Julie — thank you from the bottom of my heart. You were absolutely amazing, and I hope you know how much your kindness meant to me.   I had such a great experience shopping for my dress. I loved that everyone with me got to look around at all the dresses and pick out the ones I wanted to try. Tara was such a joy to work with and made the experience even better. She was patient and also helped pull some dresses I hadn’t considered.   I had the best experience here. I did a walk in on Saturday and was attended to right away, they made the process so easy and comfortable! This was the first and last place for me as I found my dress. Jo was my stylist and she was so kind and wonderful in the process.   I have always looked at New York Bride and groom from social media and was excited for my turn to get engaged and come into the store .We were welcome in with awesome Customer service .Our store associate to help us name was Jo she was excellent from beginning to end .   My daughter and I have visited twice.  First to find the perfect dress and then to say yes to her dress.  We worked with Bree and Tara and they were phenomenal!  However everyone in the store made you feel special the moment you walk in the door.  Bree and Tara listened, helped her decide exactly what she wanted and made her feel beautiful every step of the way.  Who knew buying a wedding dress was so easy and fun!  Highly recommend for a wonderful experience!

+ Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses?

No appointment is needed at New York Bride & Groom of Raleigh — walk in any time we're open and a stylist will help you that day. We've built our name on walk-in bridal shopping. If you would rather hold a set time, a private 90-minute Personal Appointment is available Tuesday through Friday, and the Say Yes Experience reserves the store privately on Sundays. Both can be booked on this site or by calling your local New York Bride.

+ Where are you located and what are your hours?

New York Bride & Groom of Raleigh is at 525 Plaza Cir, Garner, NC 27529 — just outside Raleigh — open Tuesday through Thursday 11am to 7pm and Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday. Sundays are reserved for the Say Yes Experience — a private booking with the store closed to everyone else. During open hours no appointment is needed; walk in any time.

+ What makes shopping at New York Bride different?

New York Bride & Groom of Raleigh is a walk-in bridal store with over 1,000 gowns and private suites, and no appointment is needed. We keep it relaxed and pressure-free — no appointment needed, and nobody rushing you toward a decision. The Say Yes Experience reserves the whole store privately on a Sunday if you want the day to yourself.

+ How much do your wedding dresses cost?

Designer wedding gowns at New York Bride & Groom of Raleigh start at around $1,200 and go up to about $3,500. That range covers our full-service salons in Charlotte, Raleigh and Columbia. If your budget is firmer, our Last Look outlets carry designer gowns from $249.

+ Is Last Look part of New York Bride?

Yes — New York Bride Last Look is the outlet side of the New York Bride family, run by the same people, with designer gowns at 50–75% off retail. Same brand, same buying team, family-run since 1994. The salons are the full-service experience where you special-order your gown; Last Look is where designer samples go.
