Not at all—we welcome walk-ins every day, no appointment needed. But you have options: Book a personal appointment Tuesday through Friday for one-on-one styling (we credit your $50 reservation fee toward your gown). Or on Sundays, reserve the entire store for a private Say Yes Experience with charcuterie, mimosas, and unlimited guests—the ultimate celebration. Shop your way.

+ What makes New York Bride & Groom of Raleigh the premier bridal shop in the Triangle?

Our Garner showroom offers nearly 20,000 square feet of bridal bliss. With 18 private bridal suites and the largest selection of wedding dresses in the Southeast, we provide a spacious, luxury experience without the high-pressure environment found elsewhere.

+ Where are you located and what are your hours?

We are located at 525 Plaza Circle, Garner, NC 27529—just five miles from downtown Raleigh. We are open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 am to 7 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

+ What is the "Say Yes Experience"?

Our "Say Yes Experience" is an exclusive, private Sunday appointment for brides who want a more intimate setting. For a $400 non-refundable booking fee, you and up to 8 guests get full access to the showroom, expert guidance, and sweet treats. Plus, every bride who finds her dress gets to ring our iconic gong while the whole store celebrates!

+ Can I handle both the bridal and menswear needs in one visit?

Absolutely. Having both bridal and menswear departments in one location makes wedding planning significantly easier. You can coordinate the groom’s look and the wedding party’s attire while choosing your gown to ensure the entire vision comes together perfectly.
