the information in your application.

When you visit the site, we and the services listed below automatically receive:

will respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need longer.
We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so that we do not hand someone
else’s information to the wrong person. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf
with written permission.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal, we treat
it as a request to stop sharing your information for targeted advertising on that browser.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive
privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a decision we make about
a request. To appeal, reply to our response and say you are appealing.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the
inquiry, and then deleted. Job applications are kept for the length of the hiring process and a
reasonable period afterwards. Website analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Advertising
identifiers expire on the schedule set by the service that placed them, usually within 13 months.
CHILDREN
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone
under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us at [email protected] and we
will delete it.
SECURITY
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections
to this website. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Our site links to other places — social media, map services, review platforms, and the other
New York Bride locations. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s website
and this policy no longer applies.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the “Last updated”
