Out-of-Town Menswear Order Form

Both our Raleigh and Charlotte, NC locations have full menswear departments that allow you to order your rental or purchase suits either in-store or online. If you live out of town or prefer to submit measurements online, the order form below must include both the Bride’s and Groom’s name, as well as the wedding date, to ensure your preselected styles are ordered. Please check with your Bride and Groom for the order total. You will not enter payment on this form. After you submit, a member of our menswear team will call you to confirm your order, go over the total, and take payment by phone.

All rental orders submitted will be shipped complimentary, to your requested address. If you need your suit shipped to a store for pickup, please contact the store where you'd like to pick it up. Purchase suit will first be delivered to the store in which the wedding party is registered.

Acceptance of Rental Agreement Terms
Thank you for choosing New York Bride & Groom. We value your business and will do everything we can to ensure the best service for all of your formal wear needs.

The SUITED Department at New York Bride & Groom does not accept cash. A valid ID and credit card are required to rent our formal wear; a team member will collect your payment details by phone when they call to confirm your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All rented merchandise must be returned by the Monday following the wear date. Any merchandise returned after the Monday following your event will accrue a $50 per day fee. If the merchandise is not returned after a week of the wear date, it will be deemed lost or stolen. Appropriate measures will be taken to collect any merchandise or debts with a maximum penalty of $750. If payment can not be collected, a claim may be filed with the magistrate's office. Any rented garments that are not returned is considered a punishable crime.

The SUITED Department requires that you try on the garments upon receiving your items. If a replacement is required for your rental item, we require at least 3 days prior to your event date to ensure the replacement item(s) arrival. Any requested replacements two days or less before the event are subject to a $50 shipping charge.
